This policy covers personal data collected by IZEapps Ltd from use of the No-Flo Home user app available for iOS and Android mobile devices.

Personal data collected

Your email address and display name are collected and stored using Google Firebase. These are used for account management purposes and to contact you for legitimate marketing purposes.
When required for setup of hardware your WiFi SSID is collected and stored in Google Firebase. Your WiFi password is NOT stored, but used only for setup.
Details of the mobile device, operating system and version of the app may be collected for analysing performance and offering support and may be stored in Google Firebase or used by Firebase Analytics.
Data created by using the hardware chosen (such as temperature or humidity from a sensor reading) are collected and stored while you choose to have the hardware active and linked to your user account.

Data sharing

Details about how the app is used and the mobile device, operating system and version of the app may be shared with Firebase Analytics for performance related analysis.

Account deletion

Your account can be deleted at any time by going to your account details in the app, selecting the option to delete your account and providing your password as confirmation.

Upon deletion of your account all data related to you and your account will be deleted immediately and will not be retained by us for any purpose.
